Getting Started
Set up your account, sign in safely, and manage core account details.
Create an account
Use Sign Up to create a renter account. You can save listings, message professionals, request tours, and later upgrade to a professional account if you post rentals.
Log in or reset your password
Log in with your email and password. If you forget your password, use the reset link and follow the email instructions before returning to Zuyis.
Two-step verification
Two-step verification protects sensitive account areas such as security settings, messages, notifications, and professional tools. Complete the challenge when Zuyis asks for it.
Change account type
Regular users can become professionals from the professional account flow. Professionals can manage business details, licenses, and public profile information from account settings.
Account settings overview
Use account settings to update personal details, professional profile fields, photos, social links, notification preferences, password, sessions, and verification information.
